Refund Policy

For cancellations made 7 days prior to pick up/delivery we will happily refund your reservation. For cancellations made at shorter notice, but still, prior to delivery, we will retain a booking fee equal to the first week’s rent of your EZEBOX(s) and refund you the balance of your pre-payment. Cancellations made on the day of pickup/delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery policy

EZEBOX delivers storage services 7 days per week between the hours of 7 am – 5 pm. Your delivery date is secured by pre-payment of rent and all applicable transport charges. Should delivery be delayed by more than 24 hours or cancelled by EZEBOX for whatever reason, customers are eligible for a full refund.
