Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made at shorter notice, but still, 48 hours prior to delivery, we will retain a booking fee equal to the lessor of the first months rent or $149 and refund you the balance of your pre-payment.
Should delivery be delayed by more than 24 hours or cancelled by EZEBOX for whatever reason, customers are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
Once a cancellation is made and eligible for a refund, customers can expect to receive their refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the reservation.
