From first enquiry- Nick from the sales team was excellent- really wonderful customer service. Ann as well was super helpful in working through costs. On moving day we had a slight hiccup with needing another box to finish the job. The removalists were so accommodating and came back at the end of a long, hot day (on a Friday!) to load the final box. It was very much appreciated. All in all- very happy.

Very easy to use, great communication, friendly staff and well priced. We had a storage box for 12 mths and accessed it a number of times without any issues.

Outstanding experience with the team at Ezebox Storage Solutions! Nick's prompt responses on the phone were incredibly helpful. Only needing to store for 2weeks between moves, Ezebox were great. From booking,to pick up, to re-delivery everything was easy. They helped out at short notice, were punctual and the guys on the truck so friendly. Would highly recommend them! And the price was reasonable

This isn't a standard 5 star review. I wish I could have given 10 stars. If in doubt, just stop it. Call the owner Nick. Tell him what you need and he'll get it done for you. You can tell he just wants the customer to be happy. I paid $99 for an ezebox. Which! Came with 3 nice blokes to load it. No need for me to organise a van or ute. Or rely on a friend to help shift. Good luck in the future to Nick & Ezebox. You made one componant of shifting easy and stress free.
